📋 Description

• Support pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation and dispense Specialty Rx medications • Perform varied, moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer-support assignments • Perform computations • Contact physicians to clarify prescriptions • Enter prescription orders into the system • Support pharmacists and patients by following Specialty Rx operational processes and programs • Communicate effectively with patients and providers • Identify work expectations and quality standards within defined parameters • Prioritize and schedule assignments with some independent discretion • Complete virtual training during the first few weeks of employment • Work Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST after training

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Arizona, Florida, or Ohio • Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of residence • Must be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcareer Association (NHA) • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or inbound and/or outbound phone experience • Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities and use multiple computer applications simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong data-entry skills • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Resume must be attached in PDF or Word format
