📋 Description

• Lead multiple cross-functional Commercial initiatives from discovery through implementation, stabilization, and closeout • Develop and maintain project plans in Smartsheet • Establish project governance, meeting cadences, working sessions, and status reporting • Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and blockers • Maintain RAID logs, decision logs, action items, and other project artifacts • Hold stakeholders accountable and escalate risks or missed commitments • Coordinate work across business and technical teams • Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and process reviews • Translate business problems and stakeholder needs into business and functional requirements • Identify gaps, dependencies, exceptions, business rules, and downstream impacts • Define acceptance criteria and expected business outcomes • Document current- and future-state processes using Microsoft Visio or similar tools • Analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies, ownership issues, handoffs, risks, and automation opportunities • Facilitate future-state process-design sessions • Define roles, responsibilities, handoffs, decision points, business rules, and service-level expectations • Develop RACI matrices and ownership frameworks • Develop implementation and operational-readiness plans • Define testing strategies, scenarios, expected results, and acceptance criteria • Create and maintain UAT plans, testing trackers, issue logs, and readiness checklists • Coordinate testing, issue resolution, and retesting • Validate business, process, system, documentation, and training readiness before launch • Coordinate implementation and provide post-launch stabilization support • Create SOPs, process documentation, playbooks, job aids, reference guides, FAQs, presentations, and other operational materials • Assess change impacts and determine communication and training needs • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions • Coordinate stakeholder communications for process changes and implementations • Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to execute Commercial priorities and improve Centivo's Commercial operating model • Support continuous improvement across Sales, Client Success, Implementation, and other Commercial functions • Partner with Salesforce and other system owners to translate business needs into requirements • Help establish standards for project execution, process documentation, testing, implementation, and operational readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in commercial operations, business operations, project management, business analysis, or process improvement • 5 years of experience in healthcare, health benefits, insurance, TPA, or another complex regulated industry • Experience independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation • Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder discovery, and workflow analysis • Experience building current- and future-state process maps and detailed project plans • Experience managing RAID/decision logs, dependencies, risks, and decisions to resolution • Experience coordinating UAT and implementation readiness • Experience developing SOPs, training materials, job aids, or similar operational documentation • Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and process-design sessions • Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments • Experience with Smartsheet or comparable project/work-management platforms • Experience with Microsoft Visio or comparable process-mapping tools • Experience with Salesforce or another enterprise CRM • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint • Knowledge of business requirements and process documentation methodologies • Experience with UAT/test planning and issue tracking • Experience with Claude/AI • Work authorization in the United States; Centivo does not sponsor work authorization visas
