📋 Description

• Review, analyze, and interpret vocational and medical information • Collaborate with claims professionals and other resources to assess vocational information and provide vocational opinions on duties and demands • Engage employers, claimants, healthcare providers, and internal resources to facilitate return-to-work and stay-at-work services • Apply vocational knowledge through assessment and synthesis of claim file information • Communicate complex vocational issues concisely in writing and verbally • Identify, develop, coordinate, and implement complex vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work plans • Gather pertinent vocational and medical documentation to assess file direction • Complete comprehensive forensic vocational assessments • Coach claims professionals to increase vocational knowledge • Meet quality and quantity performance standards in a rapidly changing environment • Develop broad business and leadership skills • Maintain professional certifications and stay abreast of trends in the vocational field

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or a related field • Certification required in rehabilitation counseling, disability management, or case management • 3+ years vocational experience preferred • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment • Ability to maintain professional certifications • Ability to complete required educational activities
