📋 Description

• Execute daily operational processes supporting ongoing business operations, including detailed issue review and tracking through completion • Execute the materials management process, including template management, daily operational oversight, quality checks, delegated communications, case management outreach, and quarterly and annual notices to ACO members and providers • Develop and maintain workflow processes and related materials for operational activities • Analyze, design, and implement processes to optimize operational functions and achieve business goals • Coordinate, facilitate, and manage vendor management tasks with external vendors and internal employees • Track vendor projects and issues, troubleshoot, and present to management as required • Develop and maintain user and system management protocols • Ensure proper oversight and documentation to support audits • Perform other assigned duties • Work cross-functionally to design and document workflows and business requirements • Manage day-to-day relationships with key vendors • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required • Three (3) or more years related experience preferred; preferably within a health plan or related field • Experience in developing and maintaining detailed process documents required • Experience working in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, PowerBI and Excel • Experience in interpreting data analytics, outcomes measures in health care and use of that data to drive change required • Comfort with creating and managing timeline driven workplans and process flow documentation • Ability to drive results in a collaborative environment, creating and leading cross-functional teams • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills • Strong operational mindset and ability to use data to draw insights • Experience leveraging data and technology to solve problems or improve processes • Experience developing training resources and leading training programs • Superb written and verbal communication skills • No licensures and/or certifications are required for this role
