📋 Description

• Stand up the Account Management function for LCSP, including cadences, partner health, performance incentives, and a scaling playbook • Own the strategy for onboarding partners, including sourcing, launching, and ramping partners at scale • Oversee onboarding and sales in the near term and build the function over time • Serve as the primary DoorDash counterpart for LCSP entrepreneurs after launch • Partner with operators on performance, business health, and incentive outcomes • Use DoorDash ecosystem knowledge to unblock partners, involving strategy and operations, product, support, and legal as needed • Build scalable solutions with partners and leverage their expertise and feedback • Report to the Senior Manager on the LCSP team in the Dasher & Logistics organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments such as tech, fintech, strategy & operations, consulting, or banking • Experience managing business partners and their performance • Ability to structure vague, undefined problems independently • Ability to use data to make decisions • Comfortable with SQL/Excel • Curious and entrepreneurial approach • Ability to balance high-level strategy with ground-level execution • Ownership and accountability for outcomes
