📋 Description

• Perform clinical assessments, intake interviews, and mental health evaluations • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and goals • Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records • Collaborate with neurologists, medical staff, and support providers to coordinate care • Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and documentation standards • Participate in case consultation, supervision, and team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field • Active Colorado, Arizona or Nevada professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) • Proven experience providing therapy in clinical or medical behavioral health settings • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team • Preferred: Experience with neuropsychological or neurological patient populations • Preferred: Training in trauma-informed, cognitive, or integrative therapies
