📋 Description

• Provide mental health therapy and psychosocial support to individuals, couples, and families ages 13+ • Deliver evidence-based assessment, treatment planning, and short-term counseling • Use motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methodologies • Collaborate on patient care and support continuity of care • Build and grow the MinuteClinic practice • Provide virtual therapy services to clients in Arizona and/or California • Practice with support from the clinical care team • Use assessment and treatment planning tools

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered state license as an LCSW, LPC/LCPC, LCMHC, or LMFT • Willingness to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs • Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Evidence-based methodologies including motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university • Ability to support clients ages 13+ in Arizona and/or California • Preferred: interpersonal and team skills • Preferred: experience with or willingness to learn virtual therapy delivery • Preferred: understanding of psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Preferred: comfort using electronic health record systems and multiple platforms • Preferred: understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Preferred: crisis intervention skills • Preferred: previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
