📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans based on patients' individual needs, TEIS procedures, and parents' requirements • Incorporate family-friendly therapy into children's everyday routines • Provide local travel for in-home Early Intervention Services • Coach and support families • Set treatment plans and adapt scheduling to fit personal needs

🎯 Requirements

• Appropriate Discipline Licenses • National NBCOT Certification, renewed every 3 years • PA State OT License, renewed by June 30 of every odd-numbered year • Child Abuse Clearance (Act 33) • Criminal History Clearance (Act 34) • FBI Fingerprinting • Mandated Reporter Training (Act 31) • Current Pennsylvania driver's license • Current auto insurance • Personal vehicle • Work with children ages 0 to 3
