📋 Description

• Provide mental health therapy and psychosocial support to individuals, couples, and families ages 13 and older • Build and grow the Minute Clinic practice • Practice at the top of the license with support from the clinical care team • Deliver education addressing patients’ mental wellbeing • Use assessment and treatment planning tools to support evidence-based care and continuity of care • Provide diagnostic assessment, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling • Leverage motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methodologies • Support patients within their communities through a virtual therapy model

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses based on business needs • Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Experience leveraging evidence-based methodologies including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University • Ability to support patients ages 13 and older • Preferred: exceptional interpersonal and team skills • Preferred: experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery • Preferred: deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Preferred: comfort using electronic health record systems and multiple platforms • Preferred: understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Preferred: strong crisis intervention skills • Preferred: previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
