📋 Description

• Identify and engage global interventional cardiology leaders to support coronary portfolio therapy development • Consult with cross-functional teams on clinical messaging, product use, and best practices using KOL relationships and clinical expertise • Use KOL feedback to create downstream marketing material • Collaborate with marketing and R&D to determine future portfolio strategy • Improve clinical marketing programs addressing educational gaps and supporting sales goals • Drive marketing program innovation through digital technologies and content delivery methods • Apply advanced clinical knowledge to execute and improve education plans, training programs, and content delivery methods • Coordinate product demonstrations and provide technical support at medical conferences, symposia, and healthcare provider seminars • Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical education programs and provide product feedback and performance insights • Develop key performance indicators to monitor, track, and evaluate product and device modification effectiveness • Collaborate with R&D, quality, regulatory, marketing, sales training, clinical, operations, manufacturing, and sales teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience • Minimum 8 years of product management or equivalent experience selling into the Coronary Catheterization Lab • Experience bringing novel products to market • Ability to develop relationships with key opinion leaders and modify strategies and tactics based on customer feedback and emerging trends • Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including developing relationships at all levels and indirectly influencing business objectives • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as an individual contributor or as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements • Sales force engagement experience required • Up to 60% travel may be required (Global & U.S.) • Working knowledge of coronary anatomy and calcific disease • Intravascular Imaging experience • Complex PCI experience • Superior oral and written communication skills to explain complex technical and clinical information to diverse audiences • Ability to promptly identify and resolve technical issues with devices in a clinical setting • Strong analytical thinking and ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively • Ability to manage a territory, organize administrative tasks, and work independently • Accessible to a major airport
