📋 Description

• Provide telehealth therapy to patients age 13 and older • Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families • Build and grow the Minute Clinic practice • Practice at the top of the applicable license with support from the clinical care team • Use assessment and treatment-planning tools to support evidence-based care and continuity of care • Perform diagnostic assessment, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling • Deliver care using evidence-based methodologies such as motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered independent state license as an LCSW, LCMHC, LPCC, or LMFT in California, Oregon, and/or Utah • Must be willing to obtain additional state licensure • Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Experience leveraging evidence-based methodologies, including motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university • Provide telehealth therapy to patients ages 13+ • Preferred: exceptional interpersonal and team skills • Preferred: deep understanding of psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Preferred: understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Preferred: strong crisis intervention skills • Preferred: previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
