📋 Description

• Provide mental health support to clients aged 13 and older in Washington state and/or California • Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans • Deliver short-term counseling using evidence-based methodologies • Collaborate on patient care and support continuity of care • Use assessment and treatment planning tools • Build and grow the Minute Clinic mental health practice • Deliver virtual therapy and engage patients through multiple platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered state license as an LCSW, LICSW, LPCC, LMHC, or LMFT • Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses and licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs • Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Experience leveraging evidence-based methodologies, including motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Exceptional interpersonal and team skills • Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery • Deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and multiple platforms • Understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Strong crisis intervention skills • Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university • Must be licensed as an LCSW, LICSW, LPCC, LMHC, or LMFT in California and/or Washington state
