📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud • Perform hands-on coding, integrations, testing, deployments, and production support • Lead code reviews and pull requests and mentor other Salesforce developers • Partner directly with Product Owners across contact center, sales, and marketing • Lead technical discovery and discussions • Assist in planning development strategy and operations • Implement modern practices and assess platforms and software • Help decide vendor qualifications • Contribute to platform governance, roadmap planning, release management, and continuous improvement • Shape emerging agentic AI use cases on the Salesforce platform • Support the move to Data Cloud as the foundation for future Salesforce initiatives • Report to the Platform Owner, Salesforce, and collaborate with the wider Application Development team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development • Strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components, Flows, Salesforce APIs, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce security • A track record of leading code reviews and mentoring developers • Experience partnering with and leading technical conversations with Product Owners or business stakeholders • Enterprise-scale cross-functional and cross-geography collaboration experience • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required) • Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (nice to have) • Additional Salesforce architecture or Data Cloud certifications (nice to have) • This position may be based in eligible jurisdictions in the United States • At this time, we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role
