📋 Description

• Draft and file policy forms, including benefit designs, schedules, and general provisions • Manage complex admitted and non-admitted product projects • Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Legal, and Actuarial teams to produce insurance products • Publish competitor filing information periodically or upon request • Monitor developments affecting marketing, product design, development, and filing requirements • Review statutes, regulations, bulletins, and industry trends to determine regulatory requirements • Review advertising materials and websites for compliance with state guidelines and internal standards • Identify problematic language in marketing and advertisements • Develop issue instructions and translate approved filings into product fulfillment • Prepare and issue policy contracts, amendments, and related forms • Respond to compliance-related requests from business areas • Maintain relationships with internal business units and external partners such as TPAs and MGUs • Perform assigned short- and long-term projects and other related duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience • 6+ years of equivalent work experience in the insurance industry • Direct exposure to one or more A&H product lines ideally including Travel, Ancillary Benefits, Stop Loss, Occupational Risk, Travel Medical, Special Risk, Pet, and/or Life Insurance • Knowledge of insurance compliance laws and regulations • A&H Travel knowledge preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel • Excellent organizational, verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in team settings • Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines • High degree of accuracy and ability to multitask • Ability to manage conflict tactfully and effectively • Strong research, decision-making, and analytical skills • Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
