📋 Description

• Lead migration of legacy RPA solutions into agent-based architectures. • Design and develop AI agents using LangGraph, Strands, or similar frameworks. • Build and deploy agent workflows on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway). • Orchestrate multi-step workflows with memory, state, and tool usage. • Integrate with enterprise systems (CRM, ATS, ERP, APIs, databases). • Improve reliability, observability, and cost efficiency of automation pipelines. • Partner with business and product teams to identify automation opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or related roles. • Strong background in RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.). • Hands-on experience with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Step Functions, IAM). • Proven experience building or working with LLM-powered agents. • Experience with LangGraph, Strands, or similar orchestration frameworks. • Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or JavaScript. • Solid understanding of APIs, event-driven systems, and workflow orchestration. • Certifications (Preferred to have one or more): AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (highly valued), AWS Certified Developer – Associate, UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent (nice to have).
