📋 Description

• Provide essential administrative support to a group of Tier 1/Tier 2 technical technicians. • Accurately input technical data into databases and navigate the client's existing database. • Maintain and update client information and generate progress reports. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including service reports and repair logs. • Ensure proper filing and retrieval systems for documentation. • Relay information between clients and technicians and coordinate communication with internal departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for effective data entry, document creation, and communication. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with clients and technical staff. • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation. • Understanding of technical terminology related to IT and POS systems to support technicians effectively. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
