📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle using EPMO governance standards • Guide stakeholders across organizational levels • Organize and lead project governance, planning, status, risk, and executive steering committee meetings • Develop executive-level project communications, dashboards, and status reports • Define project objectives, scope, success metrics, and business outcomes with sponsors and cross-functional teams • Maintain project plans, schedules, communication plans, and governance documentation • Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and develop mitigation and contingency plans • Facilitate team meetings and resolve complex project challenges • Build relationships across business units, technology teams, vendors, and executive leadership • Lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority • Manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities • Monitor KPIs and milestones, communicate progress, and recommend corrective actions • Ensure compliance with project management, governance, SDLC, and quality practices • Manage strategic initiatives independently with minimal supervision • Manage vendor and third-party relationships, deliverables, performance, and risks • Maintain resource plans and resolve capacity and priority conflicts • Track benefits realization through the project lifecycle and post-implementation • Assess organizational impacts, readiness, adoption, training, communications, and transition needs • Use project management technology, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve delivery efficiency • Coach and mentor stakeholders on project management methodology and governance best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 10+ years of Project Management experience, including experience managing at the program level • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Experience managing project resources, third-party vendors, and cross-functional capacity constraints in a matrixed environment • Experience with integrated change control, organizational readiness, and stakeholder adoption across enterprise environments • Experience with OKR/KPI frameworks and benefits realization • Executive presence and ability to influence without authority • Excellent verbal, written, collaboration, and team building skills • Ability to organize, coordinate, and execute details while communicating the big picture • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Ability to work effectively in teams and as an individual contributor • Systems-thinking capabilities and decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities • Creative and collaborative problem-solving skills • Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Experience using Monday.com, Jira, and Confluence (preferred)
