• Assist with legal accounts as a Senior Veritas Enterprise Vault Engineer • Contribute to government innovation and appreciate collaboration • Participate in team meetings focusing on program objectives • Engage in proactive system administration and support
🎯 Requirements
• Top Secret Clearance Required • Provide a wide range of support tasks on Windows Servers • Participate in teleconferences or technical meetings to review program objectives • Perform configurations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting • Record configuration change requests • Process storage requests, migrations, and decommission tasks • Monitor failed system components and coordinate vendor support • Respond to monitoring alerts and warnings • Complete all scheduled maintenance tasks • Manage technology in remote environments • Review and process tickets according to service level agreements • Create scripts for automation of tasks • Facilitate migration to cloud infrastructure • Perform daily system monitoring and review logs • Apply OS patches and upgrades • Research and recommend innovative approaches for administration tasks • Prepare technical assessments
