📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain security systems for Chainlink products • Identify security vulnerabilities and potential attack paths through systematic technical reviews • Improve reliability and maintainability of security-focused software through implementation and testing • Evaluate security risks and engineering tradeoffs to inform technical decisions • Deliver security engineering solutions from implementation through deployment • Incorporate findings from technical reviews into security solutions • Contribute to Chainlink, an oracle platform powering decentralized finance and institutional blockchain use cases

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated software development experience, including writing, debugging, and maintaining production-quality code • Hands-on programming experience in Rust or Go • Experience designing, building, or implementing security systems • Demonstrated understanding of security considerations in technical design • Experience reviewing security systems, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and evaluating technical risks • Employment eligibility contingent upon residing in an approved hiring jurisdiction • Must maintain primary residence in the advertised location throughout employment • Work authorization required in the advertised location • Working hours must overlap with Eastern Time (ET), unless otherwise stated • Preferred: publicly accessible code contributions or repositories • Preferred: security engineering experience through technical work, research, or security-focused projects • Preferred: Web3 or blockchain systems experience • Preferred: experience with AI pipeline or AI-based system security engineering
