📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day project management for partner implementations, including project plans, workstreams, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and open items. • Support implementations from contract execution through launch by tracking decisions, coordinating follow-ups, and addressing outstanding needs. • Own intake and documentation for incoming partner requests, defining priorities, documenting next steps, and providing stakeholder visibility. • Identify partner risks, blockers, or gaps and escalate appropriately. • Partner with the Head of Implementation and Corporate Initiatives to drive payer satisfaction and successful client outcomes. • Prepare partner-facing project plans, presentation decks, meeting notes, and decision logs. • Participate in payer calls, manage deliverables, document decisions, confirm ownership, and coordinate next steps. • Build relationships with payer stakeholders and lead weekly check-ins. • Communicate concise, timely status updates to internal and external stakeholders. • Coordinate implementation workstreams with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Provider Operations, Legal, and other cross-functional teams. • Support post-launch account management, including monitoring data feeds, tracking reporting needs, and managing operational follow-ups. • Help build the partner implementation playbook through documentation of repeatable steps, lessons learned, templates, and best practices. • Recommend process improvements that increase clarity, efficiency, and consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • 3+ years of client-facing operations, partner implementation, or account management experience specifically within the healthcare industry. • Strong project management skills, including structured plan development, milestone tracking, and risk management across multiple concurrent initiatives. • Ability to navigate ambiguity and excel in a fast-paced, evolving startup setting. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across internal leadership and external payer stakeholders. • High attention to detail with proactive issue identification and resolution capabilities. • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. • Ability to work ET or CT hours.
