• Build and own Chamber’s central analytics function • Define and maintain metric logic and quality standards across claims and operational data • Encode definitions in a governed semantic layer for internal applications, executive reporting, and AI-assisted analysis • Produce repeatable monthly and quarterly board reporting packages and executive performance dashboards • Track SLA and performance across active payer agreements, with early warnings for risks • Deliver the data foundation for quality measures, care gaps, medication adherence, utilization, site of care, condition-level cost, and risk stratification • Create actionable views of members, practices, and prioritized care gaps • Establish standards, documentation, and review practices enabling finance, clinical, and operations analysts to self-serve • Separate deterministic, reconciled payer and board reporting from exploratory internal analysis • Report to the Chief Technology Officer and work alongside IT, information security, engineering, and product
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, including ownership of an analytics or reporting function • Direct experience with value-based care mechanics, including risk contracts, shared savings, total cost of care, and quality reporting • Experience making one set of metric definitions hold across multiple consumption surfaces • Experience building and maintaining executive and board-level reporting • Experience delivering payer partner reporting against contractual specifications • Track record of building a reporting function from scratch rather than inheriting or refining a mature one • Comfortable operating without a team in a fast-paced startup with incomplete data and competing priorities • Plus if you are familiar with the Tuva healthcare data model or another open-source claims model • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship • Hands-on experience building models, setting standards, reviewing work, and staying close to the code • Experience working inside a provider-side organization accountable for value-based care performance • Fluency in healthcare claims and clinical data, including eligibility, member months, total cost of care, risk adjustment, quality measures, and utilization • Ability to influence analysts without formal authority • Ability to use AI tools critically in analytics, particularly regarding claims-data completeness, attribution, and grain • Judgment about when to prioritize speed versus properly building analytics infrastructure
