📋 Description

• Support standardized and consistent service delivery, enhanced communication, accountability, prioritization alignment, clear roles and responsibilities, business-unit alignment, risk mitigation, and relationship management • Develop, build, and/or implement standardized processes, playbooks, tools, resources, methodologies, and client-partnership processes • Develop and oversee management routines for account performance and performance metrics • Own program-specific goals, develop objectives and desired results, and work with teams and managers to complete them • Comply with JLL policies and procedures, including ethics and business practices • Proactively manage programs according to account and client processes, procedures, and KPIs • Manage, update, and report on 30+ global projects and associated schedules • Document schedule changes and impacts • Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and provide path-to-green solutions • Provide status updates for monthly executive-level reporting • Create and manage project-specific budgets and approvals • Manage high-level financial health throughout the project lifecycle • Lead weekly deployment calls to gather status updates and progress • Support creation of business requirement documents

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in driving change management plans aimed at setting up new services or profoundly transforming existing ones • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability • Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize and escalate in a complex, fast paced environment • Hands-on approach, attention to detail and ownership • Proven history of interaction with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization and establishing effective relationships • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service • Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices • Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Smartsheet and ability to analyze data • Strong organizational, management, and supervisory skills • Experience working on highly regulated projects and/or highly regulated project delivery environments • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time • Demonstrated ability to develop successful relationships with and influence internal and external customers • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
