β’ Build a sales pipeline by focusing on targeted merchants to expand the companyβs customer base and increase revenue. β’ Execute results by signing deals with strategic new customers. β’ Continuously look for ways to improve and refine the selling process to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. β’ Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. β’ Represent ChargeAfter at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and solutions.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA - advantage). β’ 3 years of Experience in solution selling Saas products to Merchants / Retailers (Verticals - Furniture, home improvements, elective medical, electronics, etc.). β’ Experience in payments/ POS financing products to Merchants / retailers (Verticals - Furniture, home improvements, elective medical, electronics, etc.) - advantage. β’ Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets β’ Ability to get buy-in from senior executives through clear communication and alignment on key success factors. β’ Analytical thinker who can quickly adapt to the changing needs of the fast-paced market environment. β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
