Charles Lea Center is a nonprofit organization founded in 1965 in Spartanburg, South Carolina that empowers and supports people with disabilities through individualized, community-based services. The Center provides supportive living, work programs, case management, day programs, and other innovative services across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee, serving more than 3,000 people and employing over 700 staff. 📋 Description

• Provide support to Innovation Coordinators in developing plans which may include providing guidance and support in using a person's first language and defining clear and concise • Develop and maintain an active database of inspections, plans of corrections, due dates, and other information the programs need to track quality requirements • Provide training to all staff regarding quality requirements regularly • Follow the standards and regulations required by Tennessee Department of Disability & Aging, and ensures that all relevant policy and procedures are adhered to in the programs

🎯 Requirements

• At least 18 years of age • Ability to pass a background check upon hire • Valid driver's license • Valid vehicle insurance • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University with Two (2) years' experience with quality assurance program development/ management/ monitoring • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office • Work remotely with a flexible schedule • Two years' experience with DDA preferred • Work remotely from home-based office, Based in the State of Tennessee • Travel is required
