📋 Description

• Provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients • Enhance behavioral health programming for mental health and substance use clients • Deliver high-quality mental health care in a virtual setting • Participate in case discussions and collaborate with clinicians • Build strong client relationships and conduct in-depth group work • Maintain predictable weekly schedules and steady caseloads • Work with the Admissions & Assessment team while focusing on clinical care

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Michigan • Accepted licenses: LLMSW, LLPC, LLMFT, LMSW, LPC, LMFT • Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician; all disciplines welcome • Master’s degree in mental health or related field • Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities, including DBT and CBT; EMDR experience • MI certification is a plus • Experience with teens and young adults highly preferred • Passionate and skilled in group services • Available evenings to meet client needs; evening availability required for full-time roles • Part-time availability of at least 12 hours/week or full-time availability of 40 hours/week • Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
