📋 Description

• Provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients • Deliver virtual mental health and substance use care • Enhance programming and provide high-quality care • Participate in case discussions with other clinicians • Provide group services, with a maximum of 8 clients per group • Build strong client relationships and perform in-depth work to support sustainable healing • Collaborate with Admissions & Assessment, operational, HR, and IT teams • Maintain a predictable weekly schedule and steady caseload

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an independent license in Wisconsin • Accepted licenses: LCSW, LPC, LMFT • Master’s degree in mental health or related field • Independently licensed mental health clinicians only • Experience with teens and young adults • Experience integrating multiple modalities, including DBT and CBT; EMDR experience noted • MI certification is a plus • Skilled in group services • Availability for 12–40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W-2 • Evening availability required for full-time positions • Familiarity with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and outcomes software • Ability to provide care to adolescents and young adults • Availability for state background checks for client clearance
