📋 Description

• Own sourcing for complex Enterprise opportunities across recurring shuttle programs, major events, transit programs, and large-scale or time-sensitive transportation engagements • Evaluate transportation scopes, operational requirements, sourcing needs, constraints, and feasibility • Develop comprehensive program cost models • Develop sourcing strategies balancing cost, feasibility, service quality, capacity, and client requirements • Identify and evaluate transportation operators based on pricing, geography, capabilities, capacity, service history, scalability, and fit • Lead commercial negotiations with operator partners • Solve complex supply challenges and develop executable solutions • Build and maintain operator relationships • Partner with Enterprise Sales throughout sales and RFP processes • Provide sourcing strategy, program costs, feasibility assessments, market intelligence, and proposal inputs • Partner with Enterprise Operations on handoffs to active programs • Support operator or commercial escalations after launch • Maintain accurate sourcing, pricing, operator, and opportunity information in company systems • Use data and market intelligence to improve sourcing effectiveness, turnaround time, cost competitiveness, operator selection, and capacity coverage • Identify emerging supply needs, market constraints, and opportunities to strengthen CharterUP’s transportation network • Report to the Director of Enterprise Sourcing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or another relevant operational environment • Transportation industry experience strongly preferred, particularly passenger transportation, shuttle, transit, motorcoach, mobility, or complex transportation operations • Ability to translate complex business or operational requirements into sourcing strategies and accurate cost models • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets • Comfort working with pricing, operational, and market data • Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills • Experience negotiating pricing, terms, or service agreements with suppliers or vendors • Ability to evaluate suppliers based on cost, capability, quality, capacity, and operational fit • Strong relationship-building skills with operator partners, business owners, and senior leaders • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sourcing opportunities with competing priorities and deadlines • Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, evolving, and compressed-timeline environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High degree of ownership, urgency, judgment, and attention to detail • Must reside in one of CharterUP’s approved states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming
