📋 Description

• Lead procurement activities for a new data center site • Support capital construction and infrastructure projects • Manage procurement activities for mechanical, electrical, structural, and critical equipment packages • Run RFQs/RFPs, evaluate proposals, and support vendor selection • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms • Track long-lead items and ensure on-time delivery • Partner with Engineering, Construction, Legal, and Finance • Maintain day-to-day supplier relationships • Support supplier onboarding and performance tracking • Assist with contract review and compliance • Monitor vendor performance against KPIs • Support site operations with purchasing and service contracts • Monitor spend and identify cost efficiencies • Assist with budgeting and forecasting • Ensure accurate PO and system management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 7+ years of progressive procurement experience, including capital project sourcing within the construction or Data Center industry • Experience supporting large infrastructure, industrial, energy, or data center projects • Demonstrated success leading complex negotiations and contract management • Experience building or leading procurement teams • Strong understanding of commercial terms, contract structures, and risk mitigation • Experience working within ERP systems (SAP preferred) • Strong financial and commercial acumen • Experience in data center, mission-critical, energy, or high-availability environments • Experience supporting greenfield site builds or major expansions • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and critical infrastructure supply markets • Travel required 40%-50% • Must be authorized to work in the United States
