📋 Description

• Manage the supplier onboarding process, including tools, orchestration, and support for cross-functional onboarding operations • Provide expertise and optimize supplier programs, including supplier risk oversight and critical supplier programs with the Sourcing team • Develop process improvement recommendations based on procurement practices • Enhance supplier experience through transformational initiatives aligned with stakeholder needs while mitigating risk • Oversee and maintain supplier onboarding programs • Monitor supplier compliance, operational health, improvements, progress, barriers, risks, and benefits • Collaborate with teams on supplier risk management requirements and system and operational enhancements • Manage project execution and tool implementation • Provide subject matter expertise in source-to-pay, supplier risk management, regulatory assessment, procurement technology, and procurement transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or advanced degree in business, finance, supply chain or related fields • 8+ years of experience managing procurement programs and/or leading preferred supplier programs • Experience managing supplier onboarding and risk management tools and processes • Expertise in implementing enterprise-wide systems • Experience using data, automation, or AI tools to support decision-making • Skilled in building relationships in a cross-functional environment and influencing stakeholders at all levels • Highly analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
