📋 Description

• Own and drive cost structures and savings for Hard Home global procurement • Define and execute commercial roadmaps and vendor distribution strategies for assigned categories • Establish short- and long-term procurement targets aligned with business growth • Deliver exceptional product cost without sacrificing quality or ESG considerations • Partner with technology teams to embed procurement capabilities and playbooks into Vendor Portal and Product Catalog tools • Identify and deliver 700 bps product cost reductions over the next 12 months • Structure and run competitive, end-to-end RFP processes from vendor identification through award • Negotiate product costs and commercial terms with manufacturing partners • Build repeatable negotiation frameworks and an AI agent for systematic RFP scenario analysis • Create and use component-level clean sheets for pricing transparency • Review and approve buy events and lead Buy Plan margin reviews • Negotiate upstream input pricing and availability with material suppliers • Set launch costing and schedules for renegotiating scale pricing • Provide merchandising teams with scale costing targets • Partner with Material Managers, Sourcing Teams, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors • Integrate upstream material availability into product design and development • Identify supply-chain value creation opportunities, including verticalization and volume consolidation

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a consumer goods or retail environment • Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners • Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making • Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams • Successful completion of a background check
