📋 Description

• Lead sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories • Develop category strategies, supplier strategies, multi-year roadmaps, category playbooks, and governance approaches • Maintain supplier segmentation, renewal visibility, preferred supplier programs, and category governance • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, supplier innovation, risks, and industry developments • Provide category intelligence, benchmarking insights, and strategic recommendations • Translate enterprise business priorities into category-level sourcing and supplier strategies • Build trusted relationships across Finance, Legal, IT, Cybersecurity, Facilities, HR, Marketing, Operations, and other business functions • Engage stakeholders early to influence sourcing decisions and commercial strategies • Support supplier lifecycle management, performance management, renewal planning, and supplier optimization • Support procurement policies, governance, operating model improvements, tools, templates, and sourcing frameworks • Analyze spend, supplier, contract, and category data • Develop executive-ready presentations, reporting, business cases, and recommendations • Utilize Excel, Power BI, AI-enabled tools, and procurement technologies to improve business outcomes • Help build and scale a modern procurement organization and contribute to scalable sourcing capabilities, category management disciplines, supplier governance practices, technology-enabled processes, and data-driven decision making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, Supplier Management, or Supply Chain • Demonstrated success leading sourcing initiatives and commercial negotiations • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite • Proficiency with Power BI • Experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP • Experience with Zip or equivalent procurement workflow platform • Experience with Jira or equivalent project management tool • Ability to independently analyze data, build business cases and executive presentations, and translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior leaders • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environments • Nice to have: experience developing category strategies, playbooks, supplier segmentation models, and sourcing roadmaps • Nice to have: experience managing indirect spend in insurance, financial services, professional services, technology, or other complex enterprise environments • Nice to have: experience in spend and supplier analysis, benchmarking, and business analytics • Nice to have: experience supporting procurement transformation initiatives and multi-site, acquisition-driven, or high-growth organizations • Nice to have: familiarity with AI-enabled business tools and analytics platforms
