📋 Description

• Define and execute the commercial roadmap and vendor distribution strategy for assigned categories • Establish short- and long-term procurement targets aligned to business growth • Deliver exceptional product cost without sacrificing product quality or ESG considerations • Partner with technology teams to embed procurement capabilities and playbooks into Vendor Portal and Product Catalog tools • Identify and deliver 700 bps product cost reductions over the next 12 months • Structure and run competitive, end-to-end bidding processes with manufacturing partners • Own the full RFP lifecycle from vendor identification through award • Drive product cost savings through negotiation and institutionalize repeatable negotiation frameworks • Build an AI agent to run RFPs systematically with scenario-analysis capability • Create and use component-level clean sheets for pricing transparency • Review, approve, and optimize buy-plan costs and margins • Negotiate upstream inputs including fabrics, yarns, fibers, commodities, and trims • Lead buy-plan margin reviews and partner with material sourcing teams on competitive supplier pricing • Negotiate launch costing and establish schedules for renegotiation as the business scales • Provide merchandising teams with achievable scale-costing targets • Partner with material managers, sourcing teams, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors to implement material benefits into finished-goods costing • Integrate upstream material availability into product design and development cycles • Identify and execute supply-chain value creation opportunities, including verticalization and volume consolidation

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a consumer goods or retail environment • Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners • Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making • Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams • Successful completion of a background check
