📋 Description

• Define and execute the commercial roadmap and vendor distribution strategy for assigned categories • Establish short- and long-term procurement targets aligned to business growth • Deliver exceptional product cost without sacrificing product quality or ESG considerations • Partner with the technology team to embed procurement capabilities and playbook into Vendor Portal and Product Catalog tools • Identify and deliver 700 bps product cost reductions over the next 12 months • Structure and run competitive, end-to-end bidding processes with manufacturing partners • Own the full RFP lifecycle from vendor identification through award • Deliver product cost savings through rigorous negotiation and institutionalize repeatable negotiation frameworks • Build an AI agent to run RFPs systematically in 2026 with scenario-analysis capability • Create and utilize component-level clean sheets for pricing transparency • Review, approve, and optimize buy-event costs within assigned categories • Negotiate upstream of finished goods to secure pricing and availability of inputs • Lead Buy Plan margin reviews and govern company margin targets • Partner with material sourcing teams to ensure transparent, competitive supplier pricing • Negotiate launch costing and establish schedules for renegotiating scale pricing • Provide scale costing targets to the merchandising team • Partner with Material Managers, Sourcing Teams, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors • Integrate upstream material availability into product design and development cycles • Identify and execute supply-chain value creation opportunities, including verticalization and volume consolidation • Report to the Head of Procurement

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a consumer goods or retail environment • Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners • Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making • Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check
