📋 Description

• Support an Epic design and build initiative spanning Cadence, Prelude, Cheers, and related functionality • Support enterprise Patient Access optimization efforts • Provide subject-matter expertise • Facilitate workflow redesign • Help establish enterprise standards • Partner with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and technical teams • Drive adoption and measurable performance improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Front-end expertise supporting Epic design and build initiatives • Senior healthcare operations consulting experience • Experience with Epic Patient Access optimization, including Cadence and Prelude • Basic understanding of LeanTaaS implementation (nice to have) • Experience with Infusion Center access improvement (nice to have) • Experience with Electronic Medical Prior Authorization (eMPA) strategy (nice to have) • Ability to provide subject-matter expertise and facilitate workflow redesign • Ability to establish enterprise standards and partner with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and technical teams • Legally authorized to work in the United States
