📋 Description

• Stabilize the coding team • Lead the transition away from the 100% coder review model • Maintain compliance and revenue integrity • Support healthcare Revenue Cycle technology and operations initiatives • Partner with senior Revenue Cycle, Finance, and IT executives • Lead complex application implementations, optimization initiatives, and Revenue Cycle transformation programs • Manage teams and complex healthcare technology initiatives • Manage competing priorities in a complex health system environment

🎯 Requirements

• Contract role for 3–4 months with a possible extension • Coding leadership background • 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, Revenue Cycle technology, Revenue Cycle operations, or a related field • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and complex healthcare technology initiatives • Strong understanding of healthcare Revenue Cycle processes across hospital and professional billing environments • Significant experience supporting Epic or another major enterprise healthcare Revenue Cycle platform • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior Revenue Cycle, Finance, and IT executives • Experience leading complex application implementations, optimization initiatives, or Revenue Cycle transformation programs • Strong understanding of healthcare data, interfaces, workflows, application architecture, and system dependencies • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex health system environment • Epic certification and/or significant leadership experience with Epic Revenue Cycle applications, particularly Resolute HB/PB (preferred) • Experience with Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, HIM, Claims, and other Epic Revenue Cycle functionality (preferred) • Experience within a large integrated delivery network, academic medical center, or multi-hospital health system (preferred) • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
