📋 Description

• Lead delivery of client engagements within the Digital & Technology Transformation Line of Business • Direct engagement-team activities, lead problem-solving, and oversee analysis and deliverables • Advise clients on technology-enabled clinical transformation, clinical informatics strategy, EHR and digital health planning, AI, workflow redesign, governance, clinician engagement, organizational change, adoption, and value realization • Serve as senior clinical advisor on complex transformation engagements • Assess and design clinical informatics programs, including strategy, governance, operating models, organizational structure, roles, staffing, competencies, and development pathways • Guide organizational readiness, clinician engagement, change leadership, and adoption efforts • Help clients define, measure, and realize value from EHR, digital, data, and AI investments • Develop consulting solutions advancing clinical and physician strategies, operations, and performance • Develop and oversee client deliverables, presentations, and materials communicating findings and recommendations • Apply thought leadership and develop broadly applicable frameworks and approaches • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients • Coach and mentor client clinical and informatics leaders • Develop Chartis colleagues through apprenticeship-based learning • Foster collaboration across engagement teams, practices, and the firm • Help maintain a collaborative, mission-driven consulting culture

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years working with healthcare providers • 2+ years managing others • Medical Doctor (MD or DO) required • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in provider leadership roles • Operational management experience • Experience building and leading informatics teams and EHR initiatives • Experience with Epic, Oracle Health, and Meditech • Experience with EHR selection, planning, implementations, operations, optimization, upgrades, and technology-enabled performance improvement • Advanced degree or certification preferred, such as MBA, MHI, MHA, or MPH, with emphasis in informatics • Formal training, certification, or demonstrated education in clinical informatics, health informatics, or a related field strongly preferred • Prior management consulting experience preferred • Well-regarded personal brand and strong point of view • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills • Superior communication skills • Outstanding people leadership skills • Motivation to materially improve healthcare
