📋 Description

• Query, extract, and analyze data from source systems, data warehouses, and complex relational databases using advanced SQL and analytical scripting tools • Investigate and interpret data lineage, transformations, and business rules across systems • Develop custom, one-time or iterative analytical datasets for audits, compliance reviews, operational investigations, and business inquiries • Validate and reconcile data, identifying anomalies, inconsistencies, and control gaps • Translate complex business questions into structured analytical approaches • Document data sources, transformation logic, validation methods, and analytical processes • Collaborate with analysts, audit, compliance, operational, and technical teams • Identify and communicate data quality issues, definition inconsistencies, and data capture gaps • Build reusable queries, scripts, and analytical approaches where appropriate • Communicate analytical findings, methodology, assumptions, and limitations to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Perform special projects as requested by the SVP, Audit Services • Develop relationships with Nemours Associates while remaining independent and objective

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required in a degree related to sciences, coding, software engineering, or business • More than 5 years experience; May consider 3 to 5 years if experience and candidate knowledge and attributes align with position and team culture • Certificates in SQL, data analysis or related fields preferred
