📋 Description

• Develop and execute manual test plans, test cases, and regression testing • Validate application functionality against requirements and expected workflows • Identify, document, track, and retest software defects • Assist team ensuring that software complies with software regulations such as DISA STIG and DoD requirements • Collaborate with developers and product management to clarify requirements and expected behavior • Participate in agile software planning, backlog review, and release validation activities • Perform user workflow and usability validation across web applications • Help ensure consistent software quality across releases and environments • Assist with acceptance testing and stakeholder feedback collection • Maintain clear testing documentation and release notes • Support continuous improvement of QA processes and standards • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with healthcare, government, or regulated environments • Familiarity with Angular, Node.js, or API-based applications • Experience with regression testing and release validation • Exposure to automated testing tools or scripting, including AI-enhanced tooling to improve breadth and quality of testing • Understanding of user acceptance testing (UAT) processes • Experience testing modern web applications • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to clearly document defects and reproduce issues • Familiarity with Agile software development processes • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently while coordinating across teams • Experience with issue tracking systems such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
