📋 Description

• Enter and manage advertising orders in designated advertising systems • Coordinate ad trafficking for print and digital publications • Review, proof, and finalize advertisements for accuracy and quality • Support publisher sales representatives with advertising workflows and deadlines • Resolve advertising-related issues and provide operational support • Process legal notice submissions for timely publication • Enter classified advertising orders • Manage obituary processing and publication requests • Assist with circulation, customer service, accounting, HR, and other managed service functions • Investigate and resolve advertising inquiries for customer service teams • Communicate with internal teams and external partners • Maintain accurate records and data in company systems • Follow established workflows, quality standards, and deadlines • Use Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service or related administrative/order-processing experience • Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software applications • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Customer service experience and a collaborative work style • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel preferred • Experience in newspaper publishing, media operations, advertising, customer service, or related industries preferred • Experience with advertising order entry, ad trafficking, or publication systems preferred
