• Provide warm client interactions • Manage phone triage • Schedule and reschedule appointments • Collect insurance information • Answer client questions • Perform verification of benefit checks with insurance companies • Manage and collect client copays and payment balances
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years experience in a related field • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Products • Strong computer skills; preferred familiarity with EMRs • Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage many tasks • Ability to organize and prioritize details • Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and systems • Ability to thrive in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments
