📋 Description

• Manage and continuously improve the CIO Office operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, strategic reviews, planning sessions, quarterly checkpoints, and governance forums • Coordinate scheduling, preparation, and follow-up across executive meetings and organizational commitments • Prepare agendas, executive briefing materials, speaking points, pre-reads, decision-support documents, presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and strategic planning materials • Maintain action logs, decision registers, commitment trackers, and follow-up mechanisms • Coordinate with CIO direct reports and stakeholders to drive decisions and commitments to closure • Own preparation, coordination, and quality control of Technology & Delivery KPI reporting • Consolidate departmental KPI submissions into executive-ready presentations and dashboards; analyze trends, risks, and strategic implications • Translate CIO and credit union priorities into execution themes, milestones, owners, and success measures • Operate the Technology Governance framework and governance forums, including agendas, materials, decisions, minutes, and action tracking • Coordinate Executive Steering Committees and strategic review meetings • Partner with PMO leadership to improve portfolio visibility, prioritization, escalation discipline, and governance maturity • Identify dependencies, execution risks, resource conflicts, and unresolved decisions requiring leadership attention • Support annual operating plans, quarterly planning, strategic reviews, and leadership goal-setting • Conduct research, analysis, benchmarking, and synthesis for executive recommendations and organizational decisions • Draft executive communications, leadership updates, briefing notes, organizational summaries, and concise executive narratives • Prepare the CIO for CEO, Board, and peer interactions and represent CIO intent in selected delegated forums • Drive accountability for leadership commitments, action items, operational reviews, and follow-up activities • Filter, triage, and resolve cross-functional issues; manage escalations and drive closure • Lead or coordinate internal technology initiatives such as AI governance, data management, knowledge management, digital banking, PMO maturity, technology governance, and organizational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of related experience in technology operations, business operations, strategy, PMO leadership, management consulting, governance, transformation, portfolio management, or executive office operations required • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology management, information systems, organizational leadership, finance, or related field preferred • MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred • Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications • Experience supporting senior executives, executive leadership teams, governance forums, people and technology change management, and enterprise-level decision-making strongly preferred • Experience preparing executive presentations, KPI decks, board-level materials, dashboards, scorecards, or strategic planning materials strongly preferred • Experience in financial services, credit union, banking, technology, consulting, or regulated environments preferred • Ability to distill ambiguity into clear narratives, options, and decision frameworks • Ability to design operating cadence, track commitments, and drive outcomes through influence • Understanding of technology delivery, service operations, governance, and risk management • Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, influence, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills • Strong business acumen and ability to connect technology operations, governance, strategic priorities, and organizational outcomes • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, executives, and cross-functional activities in a fast-paced environment • High degree of discretion, judgment, professionalism, confidentiality, and executive presence • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms required • Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, portfolio tools, or dashboarding platforms preferred • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, communicate and collaborate across all levels, and make sound decisions • Must be able to use computers extensively, up to eight hours per day • Must be able to speak and present via telephone and digital communication tools including Zoom and Teams • Occasional ability to push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds
