📋 Description

• Support program evaluation, performance measurement, implementation assessment, and technical assistance activities for THEEB • Assist with evaluation planning • Develop logic models and indicators • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative program data • Interpret findings in the context of the program • Prepare evaluation reports and presentations • Apply implementation research concepts and methods to assess program processes, implementation barriers, and facilitators • Identify opportunities for program improvement • Conduct systematic assessments of program or project inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes • Facilitate internal and external partner meetings • Provide evaluation assistance, training, and support on evaluation methods, concepts, and tools • Use and manage CDC administrative systems and Microsoft Office applications • Work with government procedures and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property • Bachelor's degree in public health, health science, epidemiology, evaluation, social science, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in public health, evaluation, health science, program monitoring, or a related field • Experience conducting systematic assessments of program inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes • Experience supporting evaluation plans, evaluation questions, indicators, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting • Experience developing or supporting program logic models and identifying appropriate program outcomes • Familiarity with implementation research concepts and methods, including process evaluation and assessment of implementation barriers and facilitators • Experience facilitating or supporting internal and external partner meetings and providing evaluation assistance or training • Knowledge of the rules, procedures, and principles governing intramural and extramural program development, monitoring, and evaluation • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, and SharePoint • Ability to use and manage CDC administrative systems, including Human Subjects, OMB, IRB, and E-Clearance • Previous experience working with government procedures and guidelines • Ability to successfully complete any government-required background investigation or security clearance, if applicable to the task order
