📋 Description

• Support and expand the customer base in research and diagnostic flow cytometry applications • Drive achievement of annual financial targets within the assigned territory • Promote and demonstrate Beckman Coulter flow cytometry hardware, software, and consumables • Provide scientific and technical support for instruments, reagents, and integrated systems throughout the customer lifecycle • Lead on-time implementation, including on-site customer training and solution deployment • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive support and relationship management • Travel to accounts within the territory, company training and meetings, and trade shows and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related life science discipline • Extensive flow cytometry experience (5+ years) in clinical setting including spectral flow cytometry • Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly • Analytical and troubleshooting capabilities • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and document issues, root cause analyses, and resolutions • Organizational and time-management skills • Ability to independently manage a travel-heavy schedule and multiple customers and projects • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and urgent needs • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment • Up to 85% travel, including overnight, required annually • Valid motor vehicle record requirements • MSc or PhD preferred • Laboratory experience relevant to the subject supported • Strong background in immunology and hematology
