âą Conduct national and programmatic assessments for DDT and THEEB âą Develop evaluation plans and logic models âą Define evaluation questions and indicators âą Apply quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches to evaluate implementation processes and program outcomes âą Design and conduct implementation research âą Assess fidelity, reach, adaptations, barriers, facilitators, and contextual factors âą Provide technical assistance and consultation to CDC staff, recipients, and partners âą Collect, analyze, interpret, and report quantitative and qualitative program data âą Facilitate internal and external partner meetings âą Provide assistance and training on evaluation methods, concepts, tools, and approaches âą Use and manage CDC administrative systems
âą Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property âą Master's degree in public health, health science, epidemiology, evaluation, social science, or a related field âą Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in public health evaluation, health science, implementation research, program evaluation, or a related field âą Experience conducting national assessments of program inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes âą Experience developing evaluation plans, evaluation questions, indicators, and logic models âą Experience collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting quantitative and qualitative program data âą Experience designing and conducting implementation research, including assessment of fidelity, adaptations, reach, barriers, facilitators, and contextual factors âą Experience facilitating internal and external partner meetings and providing assistance, training, technical assistance, or consultation on evaluation methods and tools âą Knowledge of the rules, procedures, and principles governing intramural and extramural program development, monitoring, and evaluation âą Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, and SharePoint âą Ability to use and manage CDC administrative systems, including Human Subjects, OMB, IRB, and E-Clearance âą Previous experience working with government procedures and guidelines âą Ability to successfully complete any government-required background investigation or security clearance, if applicable to the task order
