📋 Description

• Lead and manage complex research projects from conception to completion • Design and develop innovative research methodologies, experimental protocols, and test plans • Conduct experiments, collect data, and analyze results using advanced tools and techniques • Interpret research findings and draw conclusions supporting new technologies, products, or processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into practical applications • Contribute to the design and construction of prototypes or experimental setups • Perform tests and measurements to evaluate prototype or experimental-system performance • Accurately document experimental procedures, results, and observations • Troubleshoot technical issues and propose research-based solutions • Stay current with advancements through literature reviews, conferences, seminars, and networking • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior research engineers • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and publications communicating research findings

🎯 Requirements

• Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property • Master's degree and four to seven (4-7) years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/experience • Ability to lead and manage complex research projects • Knowledge of research methodologies, experimental protocols, and test plans • Ability to conduct experiments, collect data, and analyze results using advanced tools and techniques • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Ability to design and construct prototypes or experimental setups • Ability to perform tests and measurements • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions • Ability to prepare technical reports, presentations, and publications
