• Manages the Medical Staff Services department • Increases provider effectiveness and satisfaction • Administers provider performance evaluation programs • Collaborates with Medical Staff Coordinators on credentialing • Oversees various healthcare administrative duties
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • Master's Degree in health related field preferred • 5+ years of work within a health care system required • Knowledge of medical staff affairs • Previous experience with credentialing and privileging required • Data management and analytics experience required • Experience in staff management and performance coaching required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
