📋 Description

• Serve as part of an integrated team of engineering and cybersecurity experts supporting Chinook’s growth in Industrial Controls System cybersecurity • Consult with clients on secure design of ICS environments • Conduct cybersecurity inventories and risk assessments • Develop security documentation • Design and implement ICS cybersecurity solutions • Perform detailed technical analysis of Industrial Control Systems and integrate cybersecurity solutions • Identify operational issues and implement modifications and/or upgrades to increase cyber resilience • Conduct inventories and risk assessments for critical infrastructure • Perform industrial control system testing, hardening, and monitoring • Analyze events and implement risk management procedures and/or processes • Maintain expertise in operational technology vendor hardware and software cybersecurity capabilities • Assess and evaluate computer/network systems technologies, architectures, and products • Stay current with cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines for critical infrastructure • Resolve technical issues and keep other departments informed of their status • Plan, design, develop, and implement technical controls, procedures, and policies supporting NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, DoD RMF, and OT Zero Trust compliance • Review operational technology system designs and specifications, including secure systems integration • Participate in company process and procedure development • Attend company meetings, training seminars, and functions

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance based on customer and project requirements • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • At least 5 years of relevant OT experience • IAT Level II Certification (Security+, GICSP, etc.) • Experience designing and configuring servers, switches, and workstations • Experience designing and programming control system devices • Experience working with RMF and NIST 800-53 • Experience working with UFGS 25 05 11 • Experience working with cybersecurity tools, including Wireshark, Nessus, STIG Viewer, and SCAP Tool • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project, PowerPoint) • Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to travel to various work sites • Preferred: Active Secret or higher security clearance • Preferred: IAT Level III Certification (CISSP) • Preferred: Certifications in Cisco, Juniper, Moxa, and/or other network switches • Preferred: Certifications in MS Windows Server, Active Directory, Enterprise OS • Preferred: Certifications in Linux Operating Systems • Must be able to walk construction sites with uneven surfaces, carry up to 25 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in severe weather, confined spaces, and dust-generating environments • Must maintain spatial awareness, comply with safety standards near mechanical and electrical building equipment and systems, and wear PPE where required
