📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Domain Consultants focused on AI Security • Recruit, coach, retain, and provide career development and technical enablement for the team • Set technical strategy and enablement direction for securing customers’ end-to-end AI adoption • Define technical solutions for AI-controlled autonomous agents, applications, and enterprise data • Set strategy and standards for hands-on Proof of Value and technical validation engagements • Remove obstacles and ensure consistent, high-quality technical execution • Align technical resources with theater and regional sales priorities • Forecast technical wins and drive pipeline and revenue with sales management • Gather field feedback and partner with Product Management and Engineering to influence Prisma AIRS releases • Guide discussions on emerging AI threats and model vulnerabilities • Lead RFx strategy and position Prisma AIRS against market alternatives at field events

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of pre-sales or solutions experience in AI Security, Cloud Security, Application/API Security, or DevSecOps • 2+ years in a people-leadership or team-lead capacity • Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop technical pre-sales talent • Ability to build high-performing, collaborative teams • Strong working knowledge of LLM APIs, scripting, and agentic workflows • Experience across AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and REST APIs • Deep knowledge of AI Runtime Security • Knowledge of Generative AI risks, including Prompt Injection and Goal Hijacking • Knowledge of AI Agent/MCP governance • Knowledge of AI-focused Data Loss Prevention (DLP) • Demonstrated success partnering with sales leadership to build pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive complex enterprise deals to close • Exceptional ability to translate complex AI architectures, including RAG, agentic workflows, and model orchestration, into clear business outcomes • Willingness to travel as needed for key in-person customer meetings, team engagements, and field events • Must not require immigration sponsorship; the employer will not sponsor work visas for this position
