📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity for Operational Technology (OT) • Lead control system and cybersecurity upgrade projects across geographically dispersed locations • Serve as Chinook's primary point of contact to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the end client • Manage project performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, change management, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction • Plan, execute, and deliver assigned projects across the full lifecycle • Lead cross-functional teams, enforce project governance, resolve issues, and drive project performance • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, work breakdown structures, milestones, critical paths, and resource allocations • Monitor progress against baselines and identify schedule risks, variances, and recovery actions • Maintain client relationships, communicate project status and milestones, and identify future opportunities • Lead project kickoff meetings, define roles and responsibilities, and ensure teams understand scope and deadlines • Establish and manage project budgets, cost estimates, labor plans, and financial forecasts • Track actual costs against budget and implement corrective actions • Ensure compliance with financial controls, client requirements, and contract terms • Implement project quality plans, inspection/testing processes, and deliverable reviews • Conduct project audits, lessons-learned reviews, and continuous improvement activities • Serve as primary point of contact with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal leadership • Facilitate progress meetings, status reporting, and expectations management • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues • Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes through formal change control • Maintain documentation and escalation pathways for decision-making • Lead cross-disciplinary teams and support resource planning, onboarding, performance feedback, and conflict resolution • Promote a positive team culture aligned with company values and project objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance based on customer and project requirements • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in a relevant technology field • At least 10 years of directly related Operational Technology (OT): Building Automation System or Industrial Control System (BAS / ICS) industry experience • A High School Diploma and a total of 15 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree • At least 5 years of experience managing projects, preferably ICS / OT, facility modernization, engineering, construction, or critical infrastructure projects • At least 3 years of experience managing or supervising people • An IAT-II satisfying certification such as Security+ or GICSP • Experience managing Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) implementation or upgrade projects • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Experience with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.), budget management, and contract administration • A valid State Issued Driver's License and the ability to travel to various work sites • Preferred: Active Secret or higher Security Clearance • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) • Preferred: CISSP or GICSP certification • Preferred: Experience with the Army Corp of Engineers • Preferred: Experience working with RMF and NIST 800-53 and NIST 800-82 • Preferred: Experience working with UFGS 25 05 11 • Preferred: Experience working with federal agencies, DoD clients, or large institutional owners • Must be able to walk construction sites with uneven surfaces, carry up to 25 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in severe weather conditions, confined spaces, and dust-generating environments • Must be able to maintain spatial awareness and comply with safety standards near mechanical and electrical building equipment and systems • Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required
