📋 Description

• Maintain and update biweekly email distribution lists across brand and audience segments • Create franchisee newsletter proofs in Salesforce and manage approvals twice a week • Build and upload custom email distribution lists in Salesforce for special communications and targeted campaigns • Distribute the franchisee newsletter twice a week • Create and distribute the monthly actions checklist • Upload articles to the intranet and ensure content is current and correctly tagged • Coordinate distribution timing and content with the international team when applicable • Monitor corporate communications and corporate news inboxes, triaging and routing requests • Support communications to franchisees for procurement, marketing, revenue management, IT, and brand programs • Write and edit corporate communications, including emails, news updates, marketing promotions, brand updates, and operations updates • Provide research, writing, editing, and proofreading support • Manage the legal approval process for corporate communications • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a related field • Hospitality industry and/or franchise relations/communications experience preferred • Familiarity with Associated Press style • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint • Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement strongly preferred • Content management and email distribution platform experience is a strong plus • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Comfortable managing recurring deadlines and multiple concurrent production schedules • Strong communication skills, including writing and editorial ability • Bachelor's Degree
